Property Plus Building is a local carpentry team helping Sunshine Coast homeowners improve, repair and get more from their existing properties.
Led by directors and head carpenters Brad and Jordan, our team works across renovations, interior carpentry, timber repairs, decking, pergolas, fencing and other home-improvement projects.

Property Plus is led by Brad and Jordan, who are both directors and head carpenters.
Each has more than 10 years of industry experience and remains closely involved in the practical delivery of projects. They are supported by experienced carpenters Carlos and Taylor, along with apprentice Tomas.
This hands-on structure means clients are dealing with people who understand the property, the proposed work and the standard expected from the finished result.
We are not interested in making a project sound more complicated than it needs to be. We provide straightforward advice, explain the available options and help clients understand the next practical step.
